Service call rates for 2023-2024

Hourly Rate:

$105/hr straight time (between 7am-330pm M-F)

$140/hr over time (before or after 7am-330pm M-F)

$210/hr holidays (any hour worked between 12:00am and 11:59pm on a designated holiday)

Trip Charges (per day at site):

$50 for distances less than an hour away from starting location

Additional $50 for each additional hour in distance from starting location

(starting location depends on where the tech is located at the time they starts the call)

Drive time:

Regular Call: Billed at our hourly rates, we do not bill for the first 30 minutes driving to the site or the last 30 minutes returning from the site.

Emergency Call: Billed at our hourly rates, port to port.

Markup:

30% markup on parts/materials we provide.

Minimum:

2/hr straight time + Trip charge.

Example:

1. A service call that takes 3 hours (straight time) to complete and is less than an hour away will be billed for $365 ($105x3 labor ST + $50 trip)

2. A service call that takes 8 hours (straight time) to complete and is 2 hours away, and our cost on parts is $100, will be billed for $1070 ($105x8 labor ST + $100 trip + $100 parts + 30% markup)

3. A service call that takes 20 hours (16 straight time / 4 over time) to complete, over 2 days, is less than an hour away, and our cost on parts is $500, will be billed for $2990 ($105x16 labor ST + $140x4 labor OT + $50x2 trip + $500 parts + 30% markup)

For 'time and material' jobs, you will get a complete breakdown of costs on your invoice.

For quoted jobs, you will not get a breakdown of costs on your invoice.

Payment Methods

1. Check (can be sent to the address at the top of your invoice)

2. Credit Card (you will be charged an additional 3% credit card processing fee)

3. Zelle (send to 352-708-1324)

4. PayPal (you will be charged an additional 3% PayPal processing fee)

5. Venmo (you will be charged an additional 3% Venmo processing fee)

6. CashApp (send to $PetersonHVAC)

7. Cash (due while still on site, you will be emailed an invoice)

Direct deposit can be set up for customers who have multiple calls or maintenance agreements.
